Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please review our return policy carefully:

Eligibility for Returns
- Items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.

Restocking Fee
- A 20% to 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
- The exact fee will depend on the condition and category of the item:
- 20% for items returned unopened, in its original packaging with seals intact with all accessories and documentation. 
- 25% for items that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear or are missing accessories.

Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at gmgmedicalsolutions@gmail.com  or call us at 858-263-4894 to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
- Include the RMA number on the return package to ensure proper processing.

Shipping & Transportation Costs
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent). If we have to pick up the item, any shipping and transportation fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- If an item that has been shipped and arrives damaged, please call us immediately. Items that are larger and shipped via freight, if you see visible damage, please call us immediately and do not accept the shipment.  

Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- The refund will be issued minus the applicable restocking fee and any transportation or shipping fees.

Exclusions
- Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Hospital Beds, Stretchers, custom-made items such as upholstery, New Air Mattresses  Systems, and New Foam Mattresses.
- Items marked as final sale.
